One gallon of JOMAX® makes 20 gallons of solution, enough to clean and treat a 4,000 square foot, two story home. Test a small area before using. JOMAX® House Cleaner and Mildew Killer kills mold and mildew and removes dirt and stains without scrubbing on most exterior, painted, non-porous surfaces such as aluminum, vinyl and wood siding and trim, stained or painted decks and fences, stucco, brick and painted concrete or cement block. After small area has been tested, apply JOMAX®. Spray surfaces liberally, and then wait five minutes. Textured surfaces may require light scrubbing. Using a garden hose, rinse the area well.
